Before you head off, boost your energy levels with a bowl of our delicious, naturally energising gluten free porridge oats.  Then it’s time to get your heart pumping!  Be sure to grab a pack of oaty bakes to munch while you crunch through the fallen leaves.  It may be cold out but it’s great to get out and about and a brisk walk is an easy, free way to raise your heartbeat, work your legs and get some vitamin D.  When you get home you curl up with a cosy cuppa and crack open a box of oat biscuits - packed full of wholegrain oats and a great source of fibre they are a tasty treat without the guilt.
