With many of us juggling busy lifestyles between our work and home lives, our energy levels can alter throughout the day and affect our mood, concentration and productivity.

At Nairn’s we understand that being diagnosed with gluten intolerance entails dramatic changes in a person’s dietary habits. Our aim is to provide a range of oat food that provides Coeliacs with the same freedom and choice as others. We strive to produce food that is as tasty and wholesome as possible.
In nature oats do not contain gluten but are usually contaminated by other gluten grains. Nairn’s gluten free oats are farmed by a family of Coeliacs who not only understand the importance of following a gluten free diet, have made it their mission to produce oats that are safe to consume. They personally walk the fields to remove any grains that may cause cross contamination, ensure the combine is cleaned down after each harvest and test every individual truck of raw oats which enters and leaves the mill.
Our products are tested to Elisa standard a process endorsed by the Coeliac Society. The test is a sensitive immunoassay that uses an enzyme linked to an antibody or antigen as a marker for the detection of gluten protein. For further info visit coeliac.org.uk
Our range of food is produced in a completely gluten free dedicated production facility. We have a highly developed quality system whereby the production facilities, as well as all products, are systematically and regularly tested.
