Our pure Gluten Free Porridge Oats contain wholegrain oats and nothing else - no GM ingredients, no nuts and no added salt or sugar. For a healthy start to any day our Porridge Oats are high in fibre and are Coeliac UK approved. Our Gluten Free Porridge Oats are grown in dedicated fields and are milled in uncontaminated conditions.
