- Lemon Juice
- 1 small garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp chopped mint
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp water
- Serve with 3 Nairn's sweet red pepper oatcakes
