1. Mix all the ingredients together (with the exception of the yoghurt and toppings)

  2. Leave in the fridge to soak overnight

  3. Serve with yoghurt and toppings of your choice. Our favourite is chopped fresh orange with a sprinkling of nuts and raisins, but why not try a cupful of raspberries, sliced banana or maybe some mixed summer fruits? It's up to you!

  • 9 tbsp Nairn's Gluten Free Porridge Oats

  • ½ pint milk

  • 1 lemon, juice only

  • 1 apple, grated

  • 1 tbsp runny honey

  • 50g hazelnuts

  • 25g sunflower seeds

  • 25g pumpkin seeds

  • 1 large tub of Gluten Free yoghurt

  • Topping of your choice - we like chopped fresh orange with a handful of nuts and raisins!
