Serve with yoghurt and toppings of your choice. Our favourite is chopped fresh orange with a sprinkling of nuts and raisins, but why not try a cupful of raspberries, sliced banana or maybe some mixed summer fruits? It's up to you!

9 tbsp Nairn's Gluten Free Porridge Oats
½ pint milk
1 lemon, juice only
1 apple, grated
1 tbsp runny honey
50g hazelnuts
25g sunflower seeds
25g pumpkin seeds
1 large tub of Gluten Free yoghurt
Topping of your choice - we like chopped fresh orange with a handful of nuts and raisins!
