With many of us juggling busy lifestyles between our work and home lives, our energy levels can alter throughout the day and affect our mood, concentration and productivity.
Place the beans in a bowl and mash together with a fork or potato masher, then mix in the remaining ingredients
Add salt and pepper to taste
To serve, simply place about 1/2 tbsp. of the bean mash on an oatcake, then place a few olive halves on top. Alternatively serve as a dip with Nairn's Mini Oatcakes.
