Falafel and hummus with pomegrante pearls

Instructions

  1. Spread the Oat Cracker Thins with a generous amount if hummus
  2. Crumble the falafel balls and sprinkle evenly over the top of the hummus
  3. Cut the pomegranate in half and with a large spoon, hit the skin side of the fruit whilst holding it over the thins, this should distribute the pomegranate pearls evenly over your crackers
  4. Top with a sprinkling of bean sprouts and shoots

  • 1 packet ready to eat falafel (6-8 balls)
  • 1/2 tub hummus
  • 1/2 pomegranate
  • A handful of bean sprouts and shoots
