Mix together the flours, oats, flaxseed, xanthum gum and baking powder.
Place the egg, milk, oil and xylitol in a blender or food processor and process until smooth. Add the flour mixture and continue to process to form a thick smooth batter
Heat a waffle iron according to manufacturer’s instructions. Pour in the batter and cook until golden brown.
Serve with natural yogurt and fresh fruit
