Instructions

  1. Gently toast a handful of pine nuts in a frying pan and allow to cool.
  2. Mash up the avocado with a dash of lemon juice.
  3. Top the Oat Cracker Thins with a spoonful of the avocado mixture.
  4. Top with lightly toasted pine nuts.
