Horse Raddish


  1. flake the mackerel into a bowl
  2. combine with the yoghurt and horse raddish sauce
  3. stir well and season to taste
  4. Serve on Nairn's Oak Cracker Thins with a wedge of lemon to squeeze over the top

  • Smoked Mackerel (1 tin or 2 xfresh fillets)
  • 4 tbsp Natural yoghurt
  • 2 tsp Horse Raddish Sauce
  • salt & black pepper
