Cut goats cheese into rounds and leave to reach room temperature
Meanwhile cut strips of parma ham and slices of pre-cooked beetroot
Using a heart cutter cut beetroot into shapes.
Place cheese circles onto Oat Cracker Thins and layer with ham, a dot of creme fraiche and top with beetroot heart.
Grind pepper on top to taste. Serve and enjoy!
