Instructions

  1. Cut goats cheese into rounds and leave to reach room temperature

  2. Meanwhile cut strips of parma ham and slices of pre-cooked beetroot

  3. Using a heart cutter cut beetroot into shapes.

  4. Place cheese circles onto Oat Cracker Thins and layer with ham, a dot of creme fraiche and top with beetroot heart.

  5. Grind pepper on top to taste. Serve and enjoy!
