  • 1 tbsp dried apricots

  • 1/2 tbsp sliced almonds

  • 1 tbsp Nairn's Gluten Free Porridge Oats

  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

  • 1/2 pink lady apple, diced

  • 3 oz gluten free vanilla or plain yogurt
