Tuna Mayo, Tomato & Black Pepper


  1. Mix 2 tbsp of tuna with 1 tsp of mayonnaise light and top each nairn’s rough oatcake with 1tbsp

  2. Cut the 4 cherry tomatoes in half and layer on top of the tuna

  3. Garnish with a dusting of black pepper
