Smoked Salmon
& chive Paté


  1. Beat the cream cheese with an electric whisk

  2. Add the salt and pepper, the chives, horseradish cream and a good squeeze of lemon juice and beat

  3. stir in the smoked salmon

  4. Serve on Nairn's Oat Cracker Thins

  • 1 halved lemon

  • 4 tbsp chives, finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp horseradish cream

  • Salt and Pepper for seasoning
