Overview

Smashed avocado spread over organic oatcakes and topped with smoked salmon and marinated tomatoes. 

Ingredients
  • 12 Nairn's Organic Oatcakes
  • 2 avocados mashed
  • 100g smoked salmon
  • 24 quarters of marinated tomatoes
  • cracked black pepper
Instructions
  1. First, remove the avocado flesh from the skin and mash with a fork.  Spread on top of the oatcakes.

  2. Top the avocado with small rolls of the smoked salmon and place the marinated tomatoes on top before serving. 

  3. Add cracked black pepper to season
