When you have energy, life feels much calmer. To-do lists are no problem, work is a breeze, and maintaining a positive outlook is easy. But when you don’t feel energised, everything is more difficult.
My days are split between training and my day job as a running coach. During my peak training blocks, it’s difficult to fit everything in but I try and manage my time and be as efficient as possible.
